GENERAL POLICY OVERVIEW

Veylora Official operates a returnless refund system. We do not require or accept physical product returns. Customers who receive an approved refund are instructed to either keep or safely discard the item. Do not send any items back to our business address.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS

You may request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the date your package was delivered. For orders that have not arrived, refund requests may be submitted after the maximum delivery timeframe of twenty-five (25) business days (plus processing time) has expired.

A refund request may be approved under the following conditions:

• The product arrived damaged or defective.

• You received an incorrect item.

• The order was not delivered within the maximum delivery timeframe.

• You are dissatisfied with the item, provided the request is submitted within thirty (30) calendar days following delivery.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

3. Clear photos or videos showing the damaged or incorrect item, if applicable.

Once your request is received, our support team will evaluate the information provided. Upon approval of your refund claim, you will receive an email confirmation informing you that the refund has been authorized. You may keep or dispose of the item at your discretion; physical return of the merchandise is not required.

PROCESSING AND REFUND PAYMENT

Approved refunds are issued directly to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your bank or credit card statement under the descriptor VEYLORA. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR EUROPEAN UNION CONSUMERS

• No Physical Return Requirement: Upon receipt and verification of your notice of withdrawal, Veylora Official will refund all payments received from you. You do not need to physically ship the product back. You may keep or dispose of the item.

• Refund Settlement: Refunds under the EU right of withdrawal will be processed within ten (10) business days using the original method of payment.
